What is “Magic Ball”?
In this article, I’d like to share why we made the “Magic Ball” project and its application scenario.
At the beginning of 2021 when NFT was just getting hot, I thought about NFT’s value and its origin.
When I was exploring, I found that NFT can’t be regarded as a work of art. After buying a good-looking NFT, people often wonder about the meaning of buying it. Therefore, many projects will give it a certain application scenario and shape the meta-universe ecology. So they will form a series.
As it stands, many series of NFT patterns are produced by the project sponsors and only the governance and use rights are returned to the community later, which made the project cannot be “customized “ for users. For this reason, I want to change the situation, making a customizable NFT project, and forming the DAO effect from the very beginning of the project.
Everyone has a dream — it may be a person or thing that is never let go, or even a memory that one does not want to look back. Beautiful or painful, it is exclusive to you in any case.
NFT gives us chance to see the space for globalization and physical landing. More and more avatars have been auctioned for sky-high prices, but they are always designed and sold by the initiators on the market, which is similar to traditional standardized production.
However, in the era of NFT for everything, people always have a demand for their own customized products. For example, when buying a necklace, you will want to engrave the name of the person you love on it, in order to prove the friendship between the two Group photos are printed on T-shirts, some personally distinctive patterns are painted on the purchased cars, etc. There are too many similar cases.
We hope to create a project in the form of NFT+DAO. Everyone can participate in the form of DAO from the very beginning, instead of only participating in the project as a governance role after purchasing NFT. NFT holders can enjoy customization, governance, construction and other rights making NFT truly valuable.
I thought a lot about the categories that can be loaded, and finally decided to use the common form of “Ball”, such as basketball, football, rugby and other sports series, watermelon, cantaloupe, lychee and other fruit series, which can load a variety of content into in the sphere, even pictures full of memories, various digital currencies…
Based on a white ball of the same shape and size, Magic Ball generates a total of 6666 NFTs on the chain. At the time of purchase, every customer can receive a white NFT with a serial number, and can leave a message about the information he or she wants to load. We will airdrop it to the wallet used at the time of purchase.

After all the sales are completed, we will start the second stage-shaping application scenarios for NFTs. We will propose several detailed scenarios for shaping the scenes. Each holder of the “Magic Ball” NFT can vote, according to the result of the community voting will proceed to the next stage of development, combined with the meta-universe, to have more playability.
